About The Movement Hub

The Movement Hub is a Personal Training studio located on Lower Baggot street, Dublin 2. We provide One to One and Semi-Private Personal Training Memberships as well as Online and Corporate training.

We believe health is about how your body functions and a great body should be a by-product of quality movement. We offer a unique and holistic approach to training members with all levels of physical ability. We utilise a combination of Bodyweight Strength and Mobility training to address each member’s needs all while making sessions enjoyable and progressive

Our one to one personal training sessions offer dedicated attention, expert guidance to ensure you achieve optimal results. Rather you’re a beginner or advanced, we will help you reach your full potential in a motivating environment.

  • Semi Private Personal Training

    Enjoy the benefits of personal training with the added motivation of a small group. Work alongside others with similar fitness goals while still receiving individualized training plan customized to your needs and goals. We cap all sessions at 4 spaces ensuring you will receive optimal levels of personal coaching and amazing results.

  • Online Coaching

    Achieve your fitness goals with our comprehensive online coaching program. Receive personalized training through our user friendly online coaching app. With regular check-ins, progress tracking, and ongoing support, you’ll stay motivated and on track no matter where you are.
