About The Movement Hub
The Movement Hub is a Personal Training studio located on Lower Baggot street, Dublin 2. We provide One to One and Semi-Private Personal Training Memberships as well as Online and Corporate training.
We believe health is about how your body functions and a great body should be a by-product of quality movement. We offer a unique and holistic approach to training members with all levels of physical ability. We utilise a combination of Bodyweight Strength and Mobility training to address each member’s needs all while making sessions enjoyable and progressive.

Exclusive, Focused Coaching for Your Unique Goals
If you're looking for personalized, one-on-one coaching with undivided attention, this membership is for you. Tailored to your specific fitness needs, goals, and any mobility or injury considerations, your coach will work with you to create a customized plan and guide you every step of the way.
Semi-private Personal Training
Small Group Training with Personal Attention (4 per class)
Enjoy the benefits of a small, supportive community while still receiving a high level of personal attention. With just four people per class, you’ll get the motivation and accountability of a group setting, while your coach ensures each person gets the individual guidance they need to succeed.
Our speciality courses run in 6-week blocks and focus on specific movement skills such as Flexibility & Mobility, Gymnastic Rings, and Handstands. With expert coaching and a supportive group environment, each course is designed to help you build strength, improve control, and progress safely, no matter your starting point.
