What are the training times?

Once you have signed up you will be able to select from a range of training times between 6am and 8pm Mon – Fri and Saturday mornings.

How many spaces are their in each session?

We cap all sessions at 3 spaces ensuring each individual receives optimal levels of coaching and results.

How much does the 6 week programme cost?

The 6 week program costs €220 which works out at about €18 per session.

Is two sessions a week enough to see great results?

2 sessions a week is certainly enough to see great results on a well designed programme. while a 6 week time frame is very short this will serve as a nice kickstart on your strength and mobility journey.

Is this suitable for complete beginners

Yes our programme is designed for complete beginners. After your Consultation and Strength and Movement screening appropriate exercises will be selected based on your current abilities.

I cant see any consultation times that suit me?

If you are unable to find a suitable consultation time please get in touch with your preferred times and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Do I have to train at the same time each week?

No, once you sign up you will have access to the booking app and will be able to schedule and reschedule your times as you please.

    This free 50 minute consultation and movement screening is designed to introduce you to our training approach at The Movement Hub.

    – Consultation to discuss your training background/ injuries, goals and expectations.

    – Movement screening to assess your mobility, range of motion and training needs.

    – Basic strength testing to help select appropriate exercise progressions for your current ability prior to commencing your programme.

    Train as part of a small pod of 3 and start your journey to becoming strong and mobile today!
    Book a free individual consultation and strength and movement screening. We will assess your training needs and goals prior to beginning your 12 sessions. Decide after the consultation if you wish to go ahead and purchase the 6 week programme.
