Bodyweight training also know as calisthenics or gymnastic strength training refers to exercise using your own bodyweight as opposed to external weights. Mobility training refers to exercises designed to improve range of motion
Is this type of training suitable for beginners?
Yes, bodyweight strength and flexibility training is an ideal place to start for beginners. Developing good range of motion and basic bodyweight strength is fundamental to overall health. We tailor each exercise to our individual member’s needs. The focus is always on good form and slow tempo, you will never feel rushed or unsure of what you are doing.
What are the training days and times?
We are open 6 days a week from Monday – Saturday. We have a flexible timetable with early morning sessions, midday and evening sessions.
What are the prices?
Prices are entirely depending on the training membership plan you opt for.
Can I combine One to One training with Semi private Training?
Yes you can combine any number of one to one and semi private sessions you like as part of your membership. You can also opt for entirely one to one or semi private training.
Can I combine in person training with online training?
Yes, this is a great option for anyone who may not have the ability to attend in person more than once per week, or feels they need additional at home training or accountability to help stay on track.
What is the difference between one to one and semi private personal training?
Semi private personal training delivered in a small group of 4 or less people. The training is individualized to personal needs. We provide progressions and regressions for all levels. We track your progress every session ensuring you make consistent progress towards your goals.
One to one personal training will allow us to further customize your training entirely around your individual needs and goals and is delivered in a one to one setting by your Personal Trainer
