About The Movement Hub

The Movement Hub is a Personal Training studio located on Lower Baggot street, Dublin 2. We provide One to One and Semi-Private Personal Training Memberships as well as Online and Corporate training.

We believe health is about how your body functions and a great body should be a by-product of quality movement. We offer a unique and holistic approach to training members with all levels of physical ability. We utilise a combination of Bodyweight Strength and Mobility training to address each member’s needs all while making sessions enjoyable and progressive.

    Stay strong, mobile, and pain-free with our On-Demand Training platform. Access expert-led workouts that enhance strength, flexibility, and mobility—all from home. Designed for minimal equipment, these sessions offer flexibility to train at your convenience, ensuring you stay consistent and progress at your own pace.
