What’s Included in the 6 Week Kickstart
When you join our 6-week Kickstart program, you'll receive:
In-Person Consultation and Assessment
A one-on-one consultation to discuss your goals, medical history, and current fitness level. We’ll tailor the program to your needs and assess your strength and mobility.
3 One-to-One Personal Training Sessions
Three private sessions to focus on building proper form and technique. Our trainers will guide you at your own pace to ensure a strong foundation before transitioning to small group training.
6 Semi-Private Personal Training Sessions
Six small group sessions with a maximum of 4 people, providing personalized attention while building strength and mobility in a supportive environment.
Ongoing Support
Continuous motivation and feedback from our trainers to keep you on track and help you achieve your goals.

We offer flexible training times to fit your schedule:
Morning sessions: 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM
Evening sessions: 5:30 PM and 6:30 PM
Midday sessions: 12:00 PM (Wednesday and Friday)
Weekend sessions: 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM (Saturday)
